We’re looking for a Facebook Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook advertising campaigns, driving growth, and maximizing ROI across multiple verticals and markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns end-to-end from setup, targeting, and creative testing to performance analysis and scaling.
• Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends, improve KPIs, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to develop new ad concepts and strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with Facebook Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, placements, and creatives to continuously improve performance.
• Communicate insights, results, and optimization strategies to management and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand campaigns into new markets, products, or verticals.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager) - MUST.
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, pixel implementation, and data tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make smart, data-driven decisions.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in A/B testing, scaling strategies, and creative performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Bachelor’s degree - advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
