A leading defense company is seeking an experienced Manual SQA / QA Engineer to join a multidisciplinary quality team working on complex, non-web systems in a lab-based environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of complex systems (RT / Embedded / C4I)
• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on system requirements and technical specifications
• Write and maintain testing documentation (STP, STD)
• Set up test environments, execute tests, analyze results, and review logs
• Work closely with development and integration teams to identify and resolve issues
• Manage and track defects and test activities using JIRA
• Conduct testing in laboratory environments involving hardware–software integration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – advantage
• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing of complex systems (non-web) – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time, Embedded, or C4I systems – mandatory
• Experience working in lab environments and with HW/SW integration
• Proficiency with JIRA – mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Advantages

• Familiarity with real-time or mission-critical systems
