V&V Systems Engineer - Arrow Project

We are looking for a V&V System Engineer to join our Missile and Space Division at MLM, working on the Arrow Project.

What will you do:

• Characterization, design, and execution of the system validation for the Arrow weapon system.
• Writing validation documents from the planning stage to results analysis.
• Planning and execution of validation for simulation and operational laboratory tools.
• Conducting system tests at operational sites.
• Leading the investigation of the findings and defining the engineering response.
• Leading and participating in system experiments.
• Managing client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Aeronautics/Software/Exact Sciences - Mandatory.
• Relevant Master's degree - Significant advantage.
• Experience in planning and executing integration and validation of complex systems - Mandatory.
• Experience as a system engineer - An advantage.
• Experience in MATLAB, PYTHON - An advantage.
• Military/professional experience in one of the weapon systems - An advantage.
• Systemic view, ability to work with engineering and managerial entities in a matrixed manner.
• Self-learning ability.
• ability to work in a dynamic environment.
