We are looking for a Director of Growth & Operations to serve as the strategic partner to the GM and the driving force behind the Vehicle vertical’s next stage of evolution.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping the way we scale our business through data-informed decisions and operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with the GM to translate vertical goals into actionable workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure we are hitting our commercial targets
- Develop and improve scalable processes for sales, onboarding, and account management. You will be responsible for identifying and removing operational bottlenecks to enable long-term growth
- Lead performance monitoring by owning dashboards and reporting, analyzing trends to improve seller experience and dealer retention
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the Go-to-Market execution for new business, product and AI led initiatives
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to guide decisions on pricing, partnerships, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and shared accountability for results
- 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, VC, or senior analytical roles within high-growth tech environments
- Proven track record in shaping and executing GTM strategies and managing complex B2B commercial dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to architect dashboards and translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong project management capabilities, experienced in leading cross-functional workstreams
- A "business-first" mindset with the ability to support negotiations, managing trade-offs, and contribute to P&L thinking
- Prior experience within the Automotive or Mobility landscape is a an advantage
- Fluent in English
