Unilever Israel is looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Organizational Development Lead to join our HR team. This is a key role responsible for shaping a learning culture, driving organizational agility, and supporting talent development across the company.

Role Overview

You will lead the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) function, overseeing training programs, organizational change initiatives, annual HR processes, and the cultivation of a dynamic, agile learning culture. You’ll manage the annual L&OD budget and collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align strategies and tailor them to local needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs, including success metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct needs assessments across business units: leadership, HQ, factories, and field teams.
• Manage the annual L&OD budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Lead annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent development, capability building, and organizational surveys.
• Support organizational design, capability development, and cultural transformation aligned with Unilever’s strategy and values.
• Collaborate with global and local vendors to deliver high-impact learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development, preferably in a global company.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs aligned with business goals.
• Strong background in managing annual HR processes and working with both global and local stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in digital tools, reporting, and analytics.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
