This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Neot Hovav. The Quality Engineer will manage day-to-day quality control processes and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and testing product quality, identifying and troubleshooting production issues, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, and preparing quality documentation. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain product consistency and compliance at all levels.

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and understanding of regulatory compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and addressing production issues.
• Experience with testing procedures, quality documentation, and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes, particularly in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workflows.
• Proficiency in data monitoring tools, quality software, or relevant industry standards is an advantage.
