A highly successful FinTech startup focused on detecting and preventing online risks, including cybercrime, money laundering, human trafficking, and child exploitation, using advanced cyber intelligence. The company serves paying clients worldwide.
Located in Tel Aviv, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model, and has a Dog-Friendly office. The company employs approximately 180 people.
The Role-
- Manage a team of 4 developers, distributed across Israel and Ukraine
- Include hands-on development with varying involvement
- Work with a tech stack including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar)
- 3+ years of management experience – mandatory
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments – mandatory (AWS is a strong advantage)
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
