Postdoctoral Fellow Position – Coller School of Management, Tel-Aviv University

Hello,

I am currently looking for a postdoctoral fellow for a paid, grant-funded research project in the OB domain, related to employee-AI collaboration.

Start date: immediate (flexible). Postdoc fellows can be accepted at any time. A part-time appointment is also possible.

Relevant candidates are those who have completed (or about to complete) their PhD degrees in the field of experimental behavioral research (social psychology, organizational behavior, marketing, decision making). Candidates should have mastery in quantitative research methods, experimental designs, programming (e.g., Qualtrics), and statistical analysis methods –regressions, ANOVA, mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation models.
