Assistant Controller

Fundbox is looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv, in a hybrid role combining office and home-based work.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with regulatory compliance and tax-related filings
• Contribute to fund administration and related operational workflows
• Participate in accounts receivable (AR) and revenue recognition processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Operations, and BI

What You’ll Bring

• 2-4 Years of experience
• CPA qualification – required
• Strong Excel skills – required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortableww taking ownership
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
• Willingness to work late evening hours, including regular calls with U.S.-based teams
• Fluent English, written and spoken – required
• Experience with NetSuite – an advantage
