The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager with deep roots in Ad Tech and CTV to lead day-to-day operations, manage strategic partner relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of our CTV technology stack. This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence across product, partnerships, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize operational processes across the company.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key partners, vendors, and platforms
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and performance as the company grows

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Tech
• Proven experience working specifically in the CTV ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Ad Tech infrastructure, including Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, and related platforms
• Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to work closely with technical and product teams
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels—from technical teams to senior executives and external partners
• Deep industry knowledge with an established network and strong industry connections
