The House of BERTA is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Financial and Operational Assistant to join our international division at our Tel Aviv headquarters. This role blends financial operations, logistics support, and customer service, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a leading global bridal fashion house.

The House of BERTA – International Division
Key Responsibilities:
Financial, Accounting and Operational Support:
- Charge clients across wholesale and additional sales channels
- Issue and manage all financial documents for wholesale clients, including receipts, invoices, export invoices, and any other required documentation throughout the ordering process
- Follow up on payments and ensure all accounts are paid on time
- Work closely with the company’s accounting team and assist with ongoing financial needs
- Prepare ongoing and on-demand reports (financial, sales, and other reports) using the company’s ERP system, Excel, and additional CRM platforms
- Prepare and send weekly account statements to clients
- Track budgets on both a routine and project-based level
- Assist with accounting-related tasks upon request
- Assist with preparing and managing all required documentation to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of gowns and resolve logistical issues
- Assist with HR processing
Customer Support & Communication
- Communicate with wholesale and retail clients
- Support customer service across all channels, including email, messaging platforms, and social media
- Ensure a professional, attentive, and brand-aligned experience for all clients
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, independent, and highly responsible
- Ability to work effectively in both high-pressure environments and quieter periods
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage one’s own schedule according to deadlines
- Strong excel skills
- A true team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Data-driven approach
- English level - Must have full professional proficiency to mother-tongue level
