Join is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest and most established companies in its field in Israel.

The company is embarking on a deep, organization-wide transformation: moving from legacy infrastructure, traditional processes, and manual workflows, to a modern, AI-driven operating model. This is not an experiment. This is a strategic shift.

We are looking for a senior product leader to own and lead this transformation from the inside.

The Role

This is a hands-on, senior product leadership role, focused on building and embedding internal products, tools, and AI-powered systems that fundamentally change how the organization operates.

You will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, operations, and IT to identify real problems, design pragmatic solutions, and drive adoption across the company.

AI is a core enabler here, but not the goal. The goal is measurable impact: speed, quality, scalability, and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading internal product innovation end-to-end: from problem framing and discovery through execution and organization-wide rollout
• Designing and delivering products that improve business outcomes, output quality, and operational efficiency
• Identifying where AI and automation create real value across departments, not gimmicks
• Building internal AI-driven tools, automations, and systems that teams actually use
• Working closely with senior stakeholders (including COO-level leadership) to drive execution and adoption
• Operating effectively in a lean environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership
• (Strong preference for backgrounds in marketing-tech, advertising, SaaS, or data-driven environments)
• Excellent product thinking: problem definition, discovery, MVPs, iteration, and learning loops
• Practical experience integrating AI and automation into products or workflows
• (This is not a purely technical role, but you must deeply understand the capabilities and limitations)
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and execution ability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into concrete product solutions
• Advantage: experience with no-code / low-code tools
