This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantum Researcher, located in Rosh HaAyin. The Quantum Researcher will conduct advanced research in quantum technologies, develop and test nonlinear optical crystals, contribute to innovative designs, and collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects. Responsibilities include performing experimental analysis, optimizing crystal performance, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The researcher will work closely with engineering and development teams to drive technological advancements.

• Strong knowledge of quantum mechanics, optics, and material science
• Experience with experimental research, data analysis, and optical measurement techniques
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, X-ray measurement systems, or laser testing setups
• Ability to conduct detailed documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Programming and simulation experience in relevant tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or similar software)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in an on-site setup
• Master's or Ph.D. in Physics, Optical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Experience in industrial or applied research in the optical or quantum sector is a strong advantage
