The company operates at scale, serves high-impact creative use cases, and runs an in-house studio of approximately 30 designers, creatives, and production professionals. Every output produced by this studio reaches massive audiences and real users, daily.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Studio Leader who knows how to turn creative chaos into structured, scalable operations, without killing the creative spirit.

The Role

This is a professional leadership role at the intersection of creativity, structure, and execution.

You will lead a large creative studio inside a product-driven startup, ensuring quality, consistency, speed, and operational excellence. The role combines people management, process ownership, and hands-on understanding of creative workflows.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership, while owning the day-to-day professional standards of the studio.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and managing a studio of ~30 designers and creative professionals
• Turning creative workflows into clear, repeatable, scalable processes
• Defining standards, formats, systems, and best practices across the studio
• Ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple channels: digital, social, product, performance, and brand
• Improving efficiency and turnaround times without compromising creative quality
• Exploring how new technologies, including AI-based creative tools, can improve traditional design and production workflows
• Creating a structured, well-run environment where creatives can do their best work

Who We’re Looking For

• Deep hands-on background in design and creative production
• Full mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong understanding of creative processes across multiple formats and platforms
• Proven experience managing a creative studio or large creative team
• (This is a significant advantage and close to a must-have)
• Natural ability to bring order, clarity, and systems into complex creative environments
• Curiosity and openness to new tools, workflows, and technologies, including AI-based solutions
