Implementation Lead / Solutions Engineer (ERP & Business Systems)
Role Summary
Cormi IT is seeking a hands-on Implementation Lead / Solutions Engineer to own the delivery of ERP, CRM, and workflow automation projects for our customers. This role is responsible for translating business needs into working systems and ensuring high-quality, on-time implementations.
This is a core execution role with direct customer interaction and a strong influence on delivery standards, customer satisfaction, and the company’s reputation.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization
The Implementation Lead is a central pillar of Cormi IT’s delivery organization. This role works closely with Business Development during pre-sales and owns execution post-sale. As the company grows, this position is expected to evolve into Head of Implementations, leading additional technical staff and shaping delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP, CRM, and workflow automation systems
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer business requirements into system configurations
- Configure and deploy systems (including workflows, permissions, automations, and reports)
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and go-live
- Support pre-sales activities by assisting with solution design and scope definition
- Identify risks and proactively resolve implementation issues
- Create and maintain documentation, implementation standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve delivery processes
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience implementing business systems (ERP / CRM / operations platforms)
- Strong understanding of operational and business processes
- Hands-on experience configuring systems and workflows
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew; good English required
Preferred
- Experience with Zoho (CRM, Creator, Books, People, Analytics)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Priority, Netsuite, SAP Business One, Doss, or similar
- Background in consulting, system integration, or digital transformation projects
