We’re looking for an experienced RT Embedded Software Developer who enjoys a multidisciplinary environment, learns fast, thinks creatively, and can take ownership across the full development cycle — from architecture and algorithms to integration and field tests.

What you’ll do:

• Develop RT embedded software in C/C++ (including bare-metal / no OS work)
• Integrate software + hardware end-to-end (system-wide)
• Improve and extend existing tools & system capabilities
• Work closely with system, software, mechanical & integration teams
• Participate in field tests + performance analysis
• Own parts of the development process: versioning, pipelines, design, ICDs, reviews

Must-have:

✅ BSc in Computer Science / Programming (or equivalent)

✅ 3+ years hands-on C/C++ development

✅ Strong embedded C++ skills: memory management, low-level optimization, multi-threading

✅ Bare-metal RT development (without an operating system)

✅ Solid understanding of MCUs + HW/SW interaction

✅ Strong technical English + documentation skills

✅ Willingness to travel

Nice to have (big plus):

⭐ Drivers, SPI/I2C/UART/CAN

⭐ Visual / Thermal sensors (cameras, IR, etc.)

⭐ IAR toolchain, MIL standards / regulations

⭐ Defense systems background
