We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Application Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our financial and operational business processes through advanced information systems. About The Role

• Lead and manage business application projects from concept to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and foster innovation.
• Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, Procurement, and IT to map, analyze, and optimize complex business processes.
• Assist in defining KPIs, maintaining data, generating reports, and supporting the forecasting process.
• End-to-end project management includes scoping, timeline, and risk management
• Serve as an Application System Administrator, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of various information systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in project management and financial systems implementation in medium to large companies.
• Proven track record of managing global financial process implementations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a significant advantage.
• SQL knowledge is a big advantage.
• Experience with integration tools (such as Workato/Make) is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
