JobTestPrep (JTP) is looking for an SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to take hands-on ownership of organic growth across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

This role focuses on content quality, site health, and conversion optimization, with clear responsibility for improving visibility, engagement, and revenue through organic channels.

Position Description

• Create and optimize high-quality content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Maintain and improve overall site health, with hands-on ownership of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Optimize pages and content to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user intent alignment.
• Track and improve key organic KPIs, including traffic, rankings, AI visibility, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO and CRO improvements.

Position Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO / Organic Growth.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Proven ability to write and optimize content with a focus on conversion and user intent.
• Data-driven mindset and experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI-driven search and AISO.
• Native-level English.
