What is the job:

Join our Infrastructure Network Operations Center (NOC) team, responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of Radware’s global infrastructure. Our team monitors and manages critical systems, data centers, and network components to maintain seamless operations across the organization.

What will you do?

• Monitor infrastructure alerts across servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
• Respond to incidents and anomalies, performing initial triage and escalation to relevant teams.
• Ensure proactive detection and resolution of infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain system health and optimize performance.
• Execute standard operating procedures for incident handling, system checks, and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring tools, alerting mechanisms, and operational workflows.
  
  

What you need:

• Experience working with various monitoring systems - Zabbix, Kentik, Moovingon.
• Networking knowledge at CCNA level
• Experience and knowledge of TCP/IP networking infrastructure & technologies (LAN/WAN, Cisco/Juniper routers, firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledge in operating systems (Unix based) and with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Linux) – An advantage
• Good communication skills and experience with international customer support
• Experience with network tracing tools (Sniffer, Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.) - advantage
• At least 2-3 years of experience in NOC operation (in ISP or carrier’s NOC) - advantage
• Experience with Radware security and ADC products – significant advantage
• Good written & verbal communication skills in English
