Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

ר"צ פיתוח תכנה (Software Development Team Leader)

to lead and manage a dynamic software development team. Responsibilities include overseeing the development lifecycle, managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies aligned with company goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jerusalem.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and technologies relevant to the role C# and advanced ANGULAR.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong project management experience, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Hebrew and professional-level English
• Experience in the high-tech industry is an advantage
