Full Stack Developer – Xtra

Xtra is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our development team.

The role involves maintaining and improving existing systems, as well as designing and delivering new web and mobile solutions end to end. We are looking for a hands-on developer who can handle a wide range of tasks and technologies.

• Maintain, support, and improve existing systems
• Design, develop, and implement new systems and features
• Develop web and mobile applications as needed
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and system components
• Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous system improvements

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience with both frontend and backend development
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with React and backend technologies such as Node.js / Express
• Basic to solid experience with mobile development (React Native / Native)
• Experience working with databases (MongoDB – advantage)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Independent, proactive, and able to work across multiple areas of the system

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure)
• Experience with Next.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
• B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science
