Senior Backend Engineer

Looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to build the technological infrastructure for the next generation of construction tech.

We are a publicly traded real estate and construction group, integrating the entire supply chain of the construction industry. We are currently establishing a new technological arm within the group. Our Goal: To transform the group's unique execution capabilities and data into advanced technological products to be sold to the construction and real estate sectors, with a strong focus on global markets.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to take part in building this tech arm from the ground up.

• Lead the construction of the product engine and core infrastructure.
• Design and implement complex automation systems capable of High Scale.
• Interface with complex systems and integrate with real-time data.
• Work in a "Design Partner" environment with access to Real Data from deals and on-site execution, serving as an ultimate Sandbox.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Background:

• 6+ years of experience in Backend development.
• Proven experience working in High Scale environments and building stable systems.
• Deep architectural understanding (Cloud Services, Databases).

Automation & Data Crawling:

• Expertise in building Data Crawlers and extracting data from complex, dynamic websites.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer (Must).
• Experience with WebSockets and deep understanding of network traffic.

Personality:

• A true Team Player capable of working in a dynamic startup environment within a large corporation.
