Account Manager

ESOP, Israel's leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and for equity-based employee benefit plans, we are looking for an Account Manager to handle public and private companies.

*The position does not include sales*

Job Responsibilities:

-Ongoing communication with ESOP clients public high-tech companies.

-Maintaining on-going contact with senior executives from these companies, ensuring excellent service

-Working with C level executives

-Managing databases and information repositories, tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, providing support, information and ongoing professional guidance.

-Working with multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization.

Requirements:

-Academic degree - mandatory, Accounting/-Economics/law - advantage

-Excellent English proficiency

-Advanced Excel skills

-Familiarity with capital markets and finance - advantage

-High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

-Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational skills

-Multitasking
