You’ll own end-to-end hardware and system development, work closely with the CEO and CTO, and stay deeply hands-on while building complex embedded systems that operate in the real world.
If you’ve led hardware for sophisticated systems and want to design something with real national and global impact, this is a rare opportunity.
Required Experience:
• Proven hardware development in complex or embedded systems
• Hands-on camera and imaging electronics experience
• FPGA or SoC development (VHDL, Verilog)
• Led system architecture, design reviews and NPI
• Managed subcontractors and technical delivery
• Strong system-level, end-to-end ownership
• Hiring, mentoring or leading small engineering teams
• Early-stage startup background, Tech Lead experience
• Systems deployed in demanding field environments
