Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Solution Engineer to own and drive measurable performance outcomes for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, with end-to-end ownership over client success, from Proof of Concept through long-term partnership.

You’ll lead performance strategy and execution across accounts, translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions, and act as a trusted technical advisor for both clients and internal teams.

What you’ll do

• Own enterprise client KPIs and ROI, identifying performance gaps and driving optimization with Product and Data teams
• Lead high-impact POCs and convert them into long-term customer success
• Translate client business challenges into effective platform solutions
• Monitor ongoing performance, campaign health, and operational readiness
• Deliver client-facing performance insights and strategic recommendations
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product direction
• Partner closely with Account Managers, Product, and R&D teams to deliver results

What we’re looking for

• Strong problem-solver with a solution-oriented, business-first mindset
• Highly analytical, comfortable owning outcomes and leading performance discussions
• Technically fluent, including basic SQL and experience with modern data platforms
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering or R&D teams
• 6+ years in analytics, client performance, strategy, or similar enterprise-facing roles
