Role Description

As a Jewelry Production Manager, you will oversee the diamond polishing and production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramat Gan. Responsibilities include managing production teams, implementing quality control measures, coordinating with clients for customized projects, and optimizing manufacturing techniques for CVD diamonds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within the jewelry or related industries
• Strong understanding of diamond polishing processes and quality control techniques
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to efficiently plan and optimize production processes
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in working with CVD laboratory-created diamonds is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly production practices is a plus
