ESOP, Israel's leading Trustee Services provider for mergers & acquisitions and for equity-based employee benefit plans, we are looking for an Account Manager to handle public and private companies.

*The position does not include sales*

Responsibilities

Ongoing communication with ESOP clients. Maintaining on-going contact with senior executives from these companies, ensuring excellent service
Working with C level executives
Managing databases and information repositories, tax calculations, handling M&A transactions, providing support, information and ongoing professional guidance
Working with multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization

Requirements:

Academic degree - mandatory, Accounting/Economics/law - advantage
Excellent English proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with capital markets and finance - advantage
High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to details, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organizational skills
