Head of Product

Era is hiring!

We're searching for a visionary Head of Product to join our founding team at Era and lead our B2B and B2C product development.

Era is a cutting-edge fertility AI startup on a mission to transform how intended parents navigate their fertility journey. We're building an AI-native platform designed to help fertility providers and intended parents navigate the complexities of their journey.

As our Head of Product, you'll be responsible for:

• Full ownership of our product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Driving user research and collaborating with design and development teams.
• Building monetization infrastructure and optimizing user acquisition/retention.
• Leading product marketing efforts and defining key product KPIs.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5-10+ years of product management experience.
• Healthcare background (HIPAA, regulated markets).
• Proven success in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and monetization
• Strong UX leadership and a user-first mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through significant growth.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in building B2C products with proven success and deep understanding of consumer behavior, (ideally in healthcare, fem-tech, or fertility.)
• Marketplace product experience.
• Fertility or reproductive health experience.
• 3+ years as VP Product or CPO in a startup/scale-up.
• Experience with AI product development.
