Vice President Finance

Are you a strategic finance leader with gaming industry expertise ready to level up at a rapidly scaling gaming company? We're seeking an exceptional VP Finance to join our executive team and drive financial excellence across our global gaming operations.

What You'll Own:

🔹Lead all financial operations across multiple global entities

🔹Build scalable finance processes and systems from the ground up

🔹Partner directly with CEO and exec team on strategic decisions

🔹Drive gaming-specific metrics optimization (ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV)

🔹Support fundraising and investor relations initiatives

🔹Build and mentor a growing finance team while staying hands-on

What We're Looking For:

🔹CPA with proven VP Finance/Director experience in global companies

🔹Gaming industry startup experience (Series A-C) - mandatory

🔹Proven track record working with global teams across US time zones

🔹Expert in US GAAP, international standards, and financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)

🔹Deep understanding of gaming business models and monetization strategies

🔹Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills

🔹Strong communicator and natural leader comfortable with cross-timezone collaboration
