We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on IT Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Tel A

viv.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, managing IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring a secure and efficient work environm

ent.

ities
Provide day-to-day technical support, including setup and maintenance of laptops, software, networks, and user acc

ounts.Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in corporate systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira,

etc.).Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, VPN, firew

alls).Collaborate with Security/DevOps teams on endpoint security, compliance, and patch manag

ement.Manage IT assets inventory (laptops, peripherals, lice

nses).Support employee onboarding and offboarding proc

esses.Document IT processes and create internal knowledge

bases.
Requi

• rements
  Experience in IT support / system administration with 5+ years in the field (startup environment – an adv
• antage).Hands-on experience with corporate SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack
• , Jira).Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments and tools (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory, Microso
• ft 365).Knowledge of endpoint security tools (EDR, antiviru
• s, DLP).Strong knowledge of both Windows and MacOS envir
• onments.Familiarity with networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, fir
• ewalls).Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud or on-prem) – an ad
• vantage.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service
• mindset.Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and

English.
