Machine Learning Researcher

A successful startup in the Ad Tech space, developing digital platforms for mobile app marketing based on Big Data, alongside advanced data processing and analytics capabilities.

The company is located in Central Israel, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model with two days from home, and employs around 100 people globally, most based in Israel.

The Role

• Member of a team of 5 Data Scientists responsible for end-to-end Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) tasks
• Develop and lead ML models in production within a Big Data environment handling billions of events per day
• Ensure low-latency, real-time predictions, integrating with infrastructure services and complex data pipelines
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams
• Opportunity to influence technological decisions, drive innovation, and see immediate impact from deployed solutions
• Work with Python, Machine Learning, Real-Time Systems, Big Data, Production Systems, Low Latency, Prediction, Infra Services, Mobile Marketing, Ad Tech, and Analytics

Requirements-

• 6 years of experience in algorithm development
• Experience with classical Machine Learning
• Experience working with Big Data environments
• Strong development skills in Python
