Windows System Administrator (Tier 3)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our server environments and core infrastructure, providing high-level technical support and driving system upgrades.

• Server Management: Full lifecycle management (install, maintain, upgrade) of Microsoft Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
• Infrastructure Administration: Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP environments.
• Cloud & Mail: Hands-on administration of Exchange, Office 365, and Azure AD.
• Virtualization: Manage and optimize virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Network & Security: Basic configuration and troubleshooting of Fortigate Firewalls.
• Tier 3 Support: Serve as the highest escalation point for complex system issues, performing deep diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and IT procedures.

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in System Administration and network maintenance.
• Microsoft Stack: Expert-level knowledge of AD, GPO, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Virtualization: Solid experience working with VMware environments.
• Remote Desktop: Experience working with Terminal Servers (RDS).
• Security: Practical background with Fortigate Firewalls.
• Soft Skills: A proactive team player with excellent service orientation and the ability to work independently.

• Experience managing Cloud-based clients/environments.
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, VCP, etc.).
