We are seeking a Head of Alternative Investments to join the Group’s headquarters in a senior, strategic leadership role.

This is a group-level position with overall responsibility for the management, governance, and development of all alternative investment funds across the IBI Group.

Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and oversight of the Group’s alternative investment funds
• Serving as a board member on the boards of the alternative fund entities
• Experience managing alternative investment fund operations teams
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance, governance standards, and risk management
• Ongoing collaboration with subsidiary CEOs, providing strategic guidance and oversight
• Leading business development initiatives, including the launch of new funds and expansion of existing activities
• Working closely with the Group CEO and senior management team.

The role is based at IBI Group headquarters and reports directly to the Group CEO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7–10 years of senior experience in alternative investments or alternative funds
• Background from a bank/ investment house/ institutional investor/ bank-affiliated investment company
• Strong knowledge of regulation, compliance, and corporate governance
• Experience working with boards of directors and senior executives
• Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities
