The company was founded two years ago following a Seed funding round of tens of millions of dollars. It already has paying clients, serving B2B companies worldwide.

The role is for a Senior Backend Engineer who wants to make an impact, work on large-scale systems, and be part of a founding team that shapes the product direction and company culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Backend development in Go
• Working with AWS services
• Collaborating with clients locally and internationally
• Contributing to product development and system architecture
• Defining technical standards and best practices
• Growth and advancement opportunities over time

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in handling large-scale data systems.
• Expertise in programming languages like Go, Rust, Java, or Python and a proven track record in building scalable server architectures.
• Experience with open-source technologies and standards, particularly OpenTelemetry, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud services, microservices architectures, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
