A leading defense high-tech company in Yavne is hiring an Electronics Engineer for a challenging hands-on R&D development role.

This is an opportunity to join a core multidisciplinary R&D team (~10 engineers) and take part in developing advanced defense systems — from concept and design through production.

🔧 What will you do?

• Hands-on development of advanced electronic systems for defense applications

• Active participation as part of a core R&D development team, working closely with hardware, software, and system engineers

• Leading development tasks from design stages through transfer to manufacturing

• Participation in technical reviews, problem-solving, and design decisions

• Managing development tasks and projects as part of day-to-day work

🎯 What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Electronics Engineer in an R&D development team, including development and transfer to production

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering

OR Electronics Practical Engineer with 7+ years of proven R&D development experience

• Mandatory: hands-on experience working as part of a structured R&D development team

• Advantage: technical background from the IDF

• Strong advantage: experience with OrCAD and electronic design tools

• Advantage: experience with embedded systems and/or test equipment (ATE)

• Good English, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work independently
