An international company 🌍 — the Israeli subsidiary of a UK-based group 🇬🇧 — is looking for a Controller to join its Finance team in a meaningful and impactful role.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Junior Financial Controller based in Holon. The Junior Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and assisting with accounting activities. They will support the finance team through data analysis and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role also involves contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance principles
• Experience in Accounting and related processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage

🎯 Requirements

✔️ CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS

✔️ Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage)

✔️ Fluent, high-level English 🇬🇧

✔️ Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

💰 Salary: approx. ₪25,000 gross
