About the Company

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of attorneys
- Providing professional support to the company clients on trust matters related to the management of employee benefit plans
- Legal support for share acquisition transactions
- Drafting legal documents and reviewing legal agreements
Qualifications:
- Law degree - mandatory
- Attorney license or CPA license – mandatory
- Managerial experience – mandatory
- Experience working with high-tech companies – mandatory
- Experience as an attorney or CPA – up to four years – mandatory
- High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory
