We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong ability to analyze organizational processes and design, architect, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions, while ensuring full compliance with the organization’s security and regulatory standards.

The AI Architect will be responsible for defining the AI architecture vision, selecting and integrating cutting-edge technologies into existing IT infrastructures, and leading end-to-end AI initiatives aligned with business and security constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI solutions: design scalable, secure, and robust AI architectures tailored to organizational needs.
• Analyze organizational processes and inefficiencies: map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI technologies: including AI platforms, automation tools, analytics, cloud, and big data solutions.
• Integrate commercial and open-source AI solutions into existing IT environments while adhering to security, regulatory, and operational constraints.
• Design and lead the development of custom AI solutions, including ML/DL models and supporting pipelines.
• Define AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures: data pipelines, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
• Lead complex AI projects from architecture and planning through implementation and go-live.
• Collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, R&D, data, and business teams.
• Drive a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI architecture, development, or implementation.
• Proven experience designing and leading complex AI systems from concept to production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies (ML, DL, NLP, CV) and MLOps practices.
• Strong background in IT and cloud infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, containers).
• Experience working in high-security or regulated environments, including defense or government organizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
