A successful global startup company that has developed an advanced platform for customer clubs' management, Loyalty, and CRM solutions for retailers.
The company is located in the Sharon area, with the option to work from home one day per week.
The role includes leading a team of 3–5 developers, with a high hands-on component of approximately 80%, Development is primarily in Python within an AWS environment.
Requirements-
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of managerial and/or technical leadership experience
- Strong experience with Python development
- High hands-on involvement (approximately 80%)
- Proven experience working with AWS – mandatory
