Located in central Israel, the team operates in a hybrid model (two days remote) with shuttle service from Tel Aviv and employs several hundred staff.
The role includes:
- Developing and implementing advanced RF calibration processes.
- Performing simulation and verification of RF calibrations.
- Writing requirements for software teams to configure RF channels in compliance with 3GPP standards.
- Troubleshooting at the system level, including complex RF/PHY/ALGO scenarios.
