AI & Business Automation Lead (Full-Time, Tel Aviv)

About the RoleOperad is a digital agency with over 17 years of experience working with complex, growth-driven businesses. We are building a focused AI & Business Automation capability designed to solve real sales and marketing challenges through systems, not tactics.
This role exists to take ownership. Clients come with friction in their sales and marketing operations, and you own the journey from diagnosis to a working, scalable solution.
Your ResponsibilityYou lead Operad’s AI & Business Automation offering. This is a senior, hands-on role combining client leadership and commercial responsibility with deep technical understanding. You are accountable for turning business challenges into automation architectures and AI-driven systems that create measurable impact.
What You Will Do🔹 Client Diagnosis & Solution Ownership
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to deeply understand sales and marketing challenges.
- Translate business goals into system architecture, automation logic, and AI use cases.
- Own the solution from problem framing through delivery.
🔹 Commercial & Client Leadership
- Present automation and AI solutions in clear business language.
- Scope projects, define success metrics, and support closing automation initiatives.
- Ensure clarity, feasibility, and value alignment from day one.
🔹 Design & Build
- Design and implement end-to-end automations.
- Build AI Agents supporting sales and marketing workflows (lead qualification, outreach, CRM operations, reporting etc).
- Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
🔹 Strategic Partnership
- Act as a long-term partner to clients.
- Measure impact, communicate outcomes, and continuously identify opportunities to improve or extend systems.
- Automation: Make.com (Integromat), n8n, Zapier – Expert level.
- Outreach & Data: Clay, Instantly, PhantomBuster – Big advantage.
- AI & Agents: OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, Flowise (or similar low-code agent builders).
- Databases: Airtable, Postgres, Google Sheets – Advanced.
- Experience: 2+ years in Automation, Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Technical Account Management.
- Client-Facing Ability: You are comfortable leading conversations with clients and stakeholders. If you prefer to stay in a dark room and only build, this role is not for you.
- Business Acumen: You understand sales cycles, marketing funnels, and how automation creates leverage across both.
- Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just execution. You can move from ambiguity to clear direction.
- Languages: Fluent English and Hebrew. You will present to global clients.
This is an office-first position based in Tel Aviv. We value in-person collaboration and are excited to have you on-site with the team.
