E-commerce & Content Coordinator (International)

TAKEANAP is looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Content Coordinator to support and grow our international online activity.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with content, products, and digital platforms — not managing others, but making things happen.

• Upload and manage products, collections, and content on our international website

• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, imagery, and descriptions

• Support digital campaigns and promotions in collaboration with performance marketing

• Work closely with internal teams (design, operations, logistics)

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the international e-commerce activity

• Monitor site performance and support ongoing optimization

• Native-level English (spoken & written)

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify – strong advantage)

• Strong attention to detail and operational mindset

• Comfortable working independently and hands-on

• Interest in lifestyle, fashion, design, or consumer brands

• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus

• Flexible scope (part-time to full-time)
