CTO / Technical Co-Founder – LLM & Machine Learning (Hands-on)

We are a stealth-mode AI security startup building next-generation protection for LLM and Generative AI usage in enterprise environments.

We are looking for a hands-on CTO / Technical Co-Founder to build the core AI security platform from the ground up. This is a founding, execution-heavy role. You will personally design the architecture, write production code, and define the security and ML foundations of the product. This role is for builders, not managers.

What you will do

• Architect and build a production-grade AI security platform
• Design secure systems for LLM usage, data protection, and governance
• Build scalable pipelines around LLMs and ML models
• Define system architecture, infrastructure, and security principles
• Turn early demos into a robust, enterprise-ready product
• Work closely with the CEO and GTM team on real customer PoCs
• Hire and lead the technical team as the company scales

What we are looking for

• More than 10 years of experience as a software engineer or architect
• Strong background in cybersecurity (application security, data security, cloud security, or similar)
• Hands-on mindset, you still code and design systems yourself
• Experience building complex, scalable systems
• Comfortable making architectural and security trade-offs
• Language-agnostic approach to engineering
• Experience with LLMs, ML systems, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
• Experience in AI security, GenAI governance, or data leakage prevention is a strong plus
• Background in elite cyber units such as 8200 or equivalent is a strong plus
• Experience with enterprise SaaS is a plus

We are technology-agnostic and care more about systems thinking than specific languages or frameworks. You should be comfortable choosing and evolving the stack based on product needs.

Important note for candidates

This is an early-stage co-founder role. Compensation is equity-based during the initial phase, with no cash salary for the first months. A salary will be introduced after funding.

This is not a research-only position, not a pure people-management role, and not a side project.
