As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Game Economy Manager to join our great team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, developers, data, and monetization on designing new and existing features to improve player satisfaction and provide additional monetization opportunities
• Design, monitor, balance, and lead the economy model and user experience from an economic point of view to drive players' engagement and improvements in game KPIs
• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
• Optimize configurations using data analysis and A/B testing
• Balance customer experience and revenue opportunity for in-game currency and virtual goods.
• Define, prioritize and monitor core game economy KPIs and maintain a balanced economy
• Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.
• Evaluate and optimize the economy for different player behaviors and progression stages

Requirments:

• 2+ years of experience in a Game Economy Manager role in the gaming industry - MUST
• Excellent Excel knowledge - MUST
• SQL knowledge - MUST
• Python experience for building automations, simulations, or improving data workflows – Nice to have
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau or similar) – MUST
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Enjoy working with numbers, formulas & data analysis
• A passion for game mechanics and player psychology
• A skill for modeling complex structures
• Knowledge in statistics and probability theory
• BA/BSC degree in: Economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, business studies or any other quantitative field
