Role Description

This full-time, on-site Front Desk Agent role is based in Herzliya. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, answer guest inquiries via phone and in person, and ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, maintaining an organized reception area, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Strong Customer Service abilities with a friendly and professional approach to guest interactions
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Efficient and organized, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred
