Senior iOS Developer

Eyecon Global is a family friendly successful B2C mobile startup revolutionizing communication and caller ID. With over 8M daily active users on Android, our iOS app is already live and now ready to be taken to the next level. We’re looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join and lead our iOS efforts, shaping the product’s future, architecture, and performance. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and influence.

Role Description

• Take the iOS app to the next stage of scale, quality, and innovation
• Lead architectural decisions and set best practices for iOS development
• Work closely with another iOS developer and collaborate with Android, backend, and our Sweden-based team ● Maintain and improve local data handling using SQLite
• Implement and optimize real-time communication features (socket-based)
• Use AI tools and workflows to improve development velocity, code quality, and product.
• Own the iOS development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing and release

Qualifications

• 5+ years of iOS development experience, with clear ownership of production apps
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks
• Experience working with existing codebases and scaling them thoughtfully
• Hands-on experience with SQLite or similar local persistence solutions
• Solid understanding of socket programming / real-time communication
• Senior-level mindset: proactive, independent, product-oriented 

Bonus

• Experience with Objective-C and legacy iOS code
• Experience integrating or building AI-powered features
• Prior experience shaping architecture or technical direction
