We’re hiring an Accountant (CPA) to join our growing Agri-Tech startup

Dairycs is building a new category in dairy farming — an autonomous herd management system combining robotics, software, and real-world operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant (CPA) to take ownership of the company’s accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting and monitor expenses and revenues
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage financial reporting for the Israel Innovation Authority
• Oversee cash flow, banking activity, and financial reporting
• Supervise payroll processes and statutory reporting
• Identify and improve financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance and CPA certification
• Completed internship (stage) in accounting
• Experience working with startups or similar environments
• Experience with the Israel Innovation Authority and/or financial institutions
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Experience working with banks; accounting software knowledge is an advantage
