QA Specialist – Medical Device Company

Location: Caesarea

A leading medical device company is seeking a QA Specialist for a meaningful role in the quality domain, involving day-to-day work with the Quality Management System and close support of manufacturing and R&D processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implementation of quality processes within the QMS.
• Management of Change Control and Document Control.
• Writing and implementation of quality procedures.
• Support of CAPA and nonconformance processes.
• Work with eQMS, UDI, and labeling.
• Preparation for and management of internal and external audits.
• Data analysis, KPI monitoring, and preparation of management reviews.
• Collaboration with multiple cross-functional interfaces across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality within a medical device company.
• Hands-on experience working with a QMS.
• Strong familiarity with relevant regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, MDR).
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Structured approach, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills.
