Software Team Lead

We’re hiring a Backend team lead

To lead and grow a strong backend team, working on a large-scale production system serving millions of users.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a mixed Backend development team
• Manage a production system serving million users, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Continue building highly available, distributed systems with Microservices and Event-Driven architecture.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, taking full ownership of tasks and projects while guiding and empowering the team.
• Mentor developers throughout the SDLC and implement modern development methodologies, fostering a strong Dev Culture, Testing practices, and Engineering Best Practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in managing and leading a development team.
• 5 years of experience in coding and software development
• Experience working with Spring Framework and Spring Boot – mandatory.
• Experience in developing RESTful Services, designing and exposing standard REST APIs, and Swagger – mandatory.
• Experience with event-driven development (Kafka – mandatory).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with AWS – an advantage.
