🔍 Financial Systems Specialist | Finance | Haifa
A leading global fintech company is looking for a Financial Systems Specialist to join its Finance team in Haifa.
This is a key individual contributor role at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and IT, with full ownership over the NetSuite ERP system and its evolution alongside the company’s global growth.
🎯 What will you do?• Full ownership of NetSuite ERP – implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and scaling
• Lead rollouts, data migrations, and implementations in new territories and legal entities
• Develop internal features, customizations, and integrations with operational systems
• Act as a hands-on finance systems expert, working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and key stakeholders
• Build and standardize financial processes, controls, and documentation
• Train and support users across the finance organization
✅ Requirements:• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• NetSuite ERP expert with 2–4 years of hands-on experience
• Strong background in Finance & Accounting with a technical mindset
• Proven experience in system implementations and integrations
• High-level English proficiency
• Independent, detail-oriented, highly organized, with strong ownership and drive
📍 Location: Haifa
🗓 On-site presence required (at least 3 days per week if not based in the north)
